Prune and bacon rolls
The prune and pancetta rolls are a delicious starter that combines the savoury flavour of the pancetta with the sweetness of the prunes.
They are very quick to prepare and the result is a delicious dish that goes well with a glass of red or white wine, or even a glass of prosecco.
During cooking, which takes 5 minutes, avoid browning the pancetta too much; the result should be a roll that is semi-crispy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside.
