Luppoleti Aperti 2025: Hops take centre stage in Città di Castello

‘Luppoleti aperti 2025’ will take place on 31 August in Città di Castello, at the organic farm Il Lombrico Felice.

The event, organised by the Rete Luppolo Made in Italy in collaboration with the Consorzio Birra Italiana, aims to promote hops as a key ingredient in Umbrian craft and farm-brewed beer.

The programme includes a tour of the hop field, a sensory workshop, guided tastings of local beers, a dinner featuring organic produce and a closing DJ set.

Now in its fourth year, the event will be expanded in 2025 to include two dates: one in Città di Castello and a second as part of the Lup&Beer festival.

The day will offer an opportunity to learn about the short supply chain for hops, explore brewing culture and enjoy an experience combining nature, food and conviviality.
